To install Abrebox only 3 connections are required
Power: Connection of 2 cables to a 220VAC outlet where the 220VAC-12VDC power supply will be housed.
Lock: Connection of 2 cables to the electric lock that we want to open: pedestrian door or vehicle access gate.
Internet connection, which can be through a network cable to a router, via WIFI or by inserting a SIM card with data. If you connect via SIM card, make sure you first enter it with the PIN code disabled. The APN will be configured automatically after a few seconds from its start.
On the other hand, if you want to connect more electric locks to your call panel, it is possible to do so through the Relay 4+ module. To do this, we will only use 2 cables from the call panel to said module, through the RS-485 connection. The module must be powered at 9-24VDC, being able to use the Abrebox power supply/transformer through 2 more cables.
With Abrebox it is no longer necessary to wire inside each unit or install telephones in them, which will produce savings in installation, in the purchase of devices and in future breakdowns.
Not at all. You can buy your kit and the user licenses you need and never pay anything again.
However, we have several community and proprietary features available for anyone who wants to add more features to Abrebox:
Optional Community Services:
4G Internet connection service for the call panel.
24h photo surveillance service.
Remote Technical Assistance Service.
Remote Concierge Service.
Optional proprietary services:
Virtual key generator function: So that each user can create virtual access keys for all their guests: family members, delivery people, customers, suppliers, etc. When used, the user who created the virtual key will receive an instant usage notification to know when their guest has arrived.
Users are managed through the Abrebox Cloud Software, the remote management portal located in the cloud with web access. Normally it is managed from the Abrebox CSA (Support Center), however, personnel outside of Abrebox (the building manager, the installation company, etc.) can manage the software by accessing https://panel.abrebox.com/ with a username and password previously generated for it.
The service is free and you can manage as many registrations and cancellations as you want according to the licenses or plans purchased.
To register a user (individual, duo or family plan), you will need door number (call code) + name and surname + email + telephone number.
When creating a user, you will automatically receive a welcome email with the password to access the app.
If you have purchased a family license, you can create as many users/devices as you want to receive calls and open doors for free, being able to have up to 8 devices connected/online at the same time.
If, on the other hand, you do not purchase a family license/plan, you must purchase individual or duo licenses, as many as you want.
To find out the calling code that a visitor has to dial, just click on the "contacts" button located in the main menu of the street panel and search by name, surname, company, staircase or door.
For this information to appear on the panel, each neighbor must publish it through the Abrebox app, by accessing "settings" > "my call button".
When you receive calls from your visitors, you will receive the notification on all the devices you have authorized for it, and everyone can answer the call.
If someone has already answered the call, the information will appear at the top of the screen, indicating which user is in conversation.
You will all have video call service and you will be able to listen. The microphone can only be used by the first one who activates it.
With Abrebox, nothing is installed inside each home or unit, since we consider that what is mobile has more value than what is immobile.
To receive calls from your visitors you will be able to take advantage of all the smartphones and tablets you already have, and you won't need to pay between €100-200 for a device with lower features than your smartphone, nor will you have to be at home to find out who is calling your property, nor that being in it you have to walk the entire corridor of your house to know who is calling.
If you run out of battery, don't worry, the rest of your active devices will continue to receive calls.
When you turn on your mobile, you will receive a missed call notification, with a photo of your visitor with the exact date and time.
Through the app you will have access to a history of all your visits and openings made in your property with access identification, automatic photography and time record during the last 30 days.
Unlike other systems, with Abrebox you will be able to unsubscribe immediately and without having to travel any lost or stolen NFC tag through the Abrebox Cloud Software. To do this, notify your property manager of its loss and request a new one.
In the event that someone uses it before deregistering it, the Abrebox call panel camera will take an automatic photograph of the person using it, thus adding maximum security to your property.
You can link as many call and access panels as you want for each Abrebox user, without the need to connect any cables between them and regardless of where they are in the world.
Unlimited, we can link as many users and homes as we want, there is no limit. Just like NFC cards and keyfobs.
With Abrebox you can open your accesses in the following ways:
- With your smartphone sliding a finger.
- Approaching your NFC card.
- Approaching your NFC keyfob.
- Bringing your NFC sticker closer.
- Marking a numerical code provided by the manager of your property.
- Showing a temporary access QR code (coming soon).
- With the traditional key.
Yes, for Abrebox to work it needs to have an Internet connection. This connection can be made in 3 ways:
- Through the network cable to the router.
- By WIFI.
- Inserting a 4G SIM card with data. In the case of choosing this option, make sure that there is coverage in the place where the call panel is going to be installed and that you enter it in the device with the PIN code disabled. The APN will be configured automatically after a few seconds from its start. If you don't have a 4G SIM card at your disposal, you can add this service with Movistar coverage and unlimited calls for just €10/month, tax. not included
The Abrebox inAlert® Neighborhood Alarm system consists of an outdoor control panel, a siren, and mobile apps. Through the system, you can use several services that will provide security and convenience for your property:
- Intercom : You can also use the Neighborhood Alarm as a video intercom. To do this, your visitors will click the "call" button on the outdoor control panel, dial your home and family, and you will receive a video call notification on your smartphone. You can talk to your visitor, see them, and open the door from anywhere, whether you're home or not. If you can't answer the call, you can see a missed call on your mobile phone, along with a photo of who called and at what time.
- Keyless entry : Abrebox inAlert® allows communities to avoid duplicating keys for visitors, suppliers, and tenants, which not only reduces costs but also increases security. With Abrebox, you can create temporary access keys with real-time notifications of your visitors' arrivals, open by entering a secret PIN code, by tapping a smart key (NFC tag), or simply using your smartphone.
- Entry log : Every visit and every opening will be recorded in the Cloud Assistant, allowing complete control of everyone who has entered the community over the last 30 days, with photographs, the exact date, and time. Additionally, each home can also have private access to its activity history through the Abrebox app.
- Alarm notifications : Through the Abrebox app, each neighbor can send and receive alarm notifications in the event of an emergency or news report. Once a neighbor creates and sends an alarm notification, the rest will receive it on their smartphones at that moment. The neighbor who sends the notification can also activate the community siren to spread the alert throughout the community and trigger automatic access opening in the event of an evacuation or the need for immediate entry by authorized personnel.
The cost of the Abrebox inAlert® neighborhood alarm is determined based on the specific needs of each community and the number of homes within it. Before contracting an Abrebox neighborhood alarm, our experts will visit your community to conduct a free, no-obligation security assessment. They will determine the best solution to guarantee your security and provide you with a personalized price based on the elements needed to protect your community.
Abrebox inAlert® is designed to be installed next to the intercom or video intercom installed in your community. However, since it also has the intercom and opening function, it can be installed as a replacement for the intercom already installed or installed as such if the community does not have one.
Until the launch of Abrebox inAlert®, such a concept didn't exist in Spain. The lack of protection in communities due to recent real-life cases of fires, thefts, and squatting led Abrebox to develop this solution.
All our devices comply with privacy protections. Security cameras and silent listening will only be activated if you receive a call, or if you or your neighbors request it. Images and recordings of your community are stored in the private space of Abrebox Assistant Cloud (web platform) and can be requested by law enforcement. You can also privately view images and recordings of activity in your home through the app.
No. The neighborhood alarm already has a 4G wireless transmission path.
Abrebox has security specialists who will travel to your community. They will prepare a free security assessment to identify your specific needs and the most vulnerable areas of the space you need to protect. Our team will install and operate your neighborhood alarm system and post informational signs to inform your neighbors and teach them how to make the most of it to ensure your safety.
The neighborhood alarm can be controlled wherever you are, from your mobile phone or tablet, with your Abrebox app. Included in your subscription. With it, you can receive visitors, open the access door to your community, create temporary keys, view all access movements, and send and receive alerts in case of emergency.
No. Installing a neighborhood alarm system doesn't require the approval of all neighbors; it can be done by a majority. If you don't have a majority, you can still request permission as long as it doesn't cost them anything.
Abrebox inAlert® can be connected to as many homes as needed; there's no limit. The monthly fee will depend on this.
Yes. It's best to install a control panel at each community entrance to keep everything under control. You can install as many control panels as needed.
