What is the difference between the Individual Plan, the Duo Plan and the Abrebox Family Plan?

The Abrebox Individual Plan allows you to use your Abrebox device through a smartphone or tablet, being able to receive video calls from your visitors, open the door from anywhere in the world and review all the activity generated in your home or business , with photos, date and time. 
By subscribing to the Duo Plan you can do the same but from 2 smartphones or tablets at the same time. 
And by acquiring the Family Plan you can do it from as many smartphones and tablets as you want (up to 8 devices at the same time). To do this, a person in charge of each home or apartment will have the host function activated, allowing them to manage the rest of the users, being able to make as many registrations and cancellations as you want, free and unlimited.

Do I need to purchase or subscribe to one of the 3 plans to use my Abrebox device?

Yes. To use your Abrebox Video Door Phones you will need to buy or subscribe to one of the 3 available Abrebox plans. Without them you will not be able to use your new Smart Intercom.

Can I pay my chosen plan month by month?

Of course. In all Abrebox plans you have the option to pay monthly or with a single payment.

What is the right pricing plan for me?

What happens if I have more than one Abrebox Video Door Phone?

If you already have your plan and more video door phones are added to your installations or in different places (eg in your 2nd residence or in your office), you do not have to do nothing else, your new accesses will be linked automatically, at no additional cost.

Can I use several smartphones or tablets with my Abrebox Video Door Phones?

Accepted Answer

It will depend on the plan you acquire or contract:
- 1 device for your Individual Plan.
- 2 devices for your Duo Plan.
- Unlimited devices for your Family Plan (up to 8 online).

What payment methods are accepted to purchase or subscribe to a Plan?

Accepted Answer

Abrebox accepts payments with Visa and Mastercard. Abrebox does not accept any payment in the form of cash, check or money order.

Can I change plans at any time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can change plans whenever you want. To do this, you just have to subscribe to your new favorite plan and you will automatically be unsubscribed from the previous plan.
